David brings over 25 years of experience to the Kaizen team provides management advisory, planning, design, and compliance servicesfor clients throughout North America.Focusing on Healthcare, Higher Education, Corrections and the broader Institutional sector, Davidprovidedinnovative and sustainable solutions for our clients.

David was a consultant with Kaizen from 2007-2015 and rejoined the team in 2024 to open and lead the West Coast office. As the West Coast Lead, David directs client management and  business development efforts throughout western Canada and the United States.

Outside of work, David enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and golf and is a champion turtle stacker.
